Upload form, where people can upload a Basic Theme with no graphics etc. The theme is manually added to the themes database when approved. Use the form below for admin themes.

- Use the 'Upload As' field to change the name of the file on upload. Leave blank to preserve the filename as-is.

An optional thumbnail file. Please upload a "thumb" with max 655px width!
