Upload form, where people can upload a Basic Theme with no graphics etc. The theme is manually added to the themes database when approved. Use the form below for admin themes.

Upload As   Use the 'Upload As' field to change the name of the file on upload. Leave blank to preserve the filename as-is.

Thumbnail   An optional thumbnail file

Allow Overwrite   Replace any file with the same name (does not change id)
